Tourist ambulance in Starigrad began with work
Despite the problem of lack of doctors who each year more and vacation ambulance in Starigrad-Paklenica started to work.

Despite bad weather on Saturday was organized by the Club Multisport adventure sports held 7th Velebit trekking, and with the biggest number of participants. Overall 300-odd tourists, recreational, athletes and members of the Association of veterans of special police ALFA addressed in winning Velebit karst to share Velebitska queen-Tulove beam-Beech-Libinje-Sacred Mountain - Vaganski top-September-Paklenica and in 3 difficulty categories.
In the traditional categories of Mountaineering and Ultra were 240 competitors from Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Italy, Great Britain and Germany. Due to extremely heavy conditions on goal in the hamlet of Marasovic situated at the entrance of the Paklenica National Park arrived 90 competitors Mountaineering and 11 competitors Ultra categories. To highlight the result that was achieved 55-year Hora Magda from the Czech Republic, the only woman who posses the most demanding, 65 kilometers long section Ultra categories, and in less than 8 hours. First place in the men’s competition won the vine that Ivan has overcome this section for 7h and 23min. Announcement of 7.Velebit trekking
Traditional trekking through Velebit races this year held 20.lipnja, on a section of tunnel Sv.Rok - canyon of Velika Paklenica. Competitors in the category of mountaineering expected long 35 shares, and the “Ultras” 65kilometara by demanding Velebitsko field.

Mirilo im Museum of city Split
Nach einem dreimonatigen Aufenthalt im Archäologischen Museum in Zagreb, die Ausstellung “Archäologie und Tourismus, dessen Display auch Velebitska Miriam, wurde in Split. Offiziell eröffnet 06.svibnja im Museum der Stadt Split, wo die Besucher die Möglichkeit, um zu sehen, 27.svibnja.
Das Projekt umfasst auch die gleichen Monographie, die sich nach premijernog Präsentation bei der Eröffnung der Ausstellung in diesem Jahr die Nacht der Museen im Archäologischen Museum in Zagreb, dann in den Kontext der internationalen Turistikmesse Crotour. Die erste Präsentation der Adria Bücher wurden in Istrien, und nun der Stadt Split. Auch wenn, aufgrund der Größe des Raumes, in der Stadt Split-Museum eingerichtet, nur ein Drittel der gesamten Bestuhlung, mirilo sind in vollem Umfang und nach dem Autor von Sanjin Mihelic in Fortschritt und einigten sich auf die Einstellung Ausstellung im Archäologischen Museum in Zadar.

The final awards ceremony and awards participants jubilarnog competition in the speed climbing big rocks - MAMMUT BIG WALL SPEED CLIMBING PAKLENICA 2009. completed and meet 10.međunarodni climbers in the National Park Paklenica, which is traditionally held during prvosvibanjskih praznika.Ove year participated in the competition of 18 teams dvočlanih from Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. Men’s teams had the task overcome direction “BWSC” 160m tall, weight 6C +, in which he was the most successful english team in the Igor Čorko / Ljubomir Sakač they achieved record reaching the top for 21min and 23sek. Of the 5 women’s teams that have climbed up direction “Karamara Sweet Temptations” weight 6a + first place was won Slovenia’s Maja apatite and Nastja David and achieved a result of 19min and 56sek.
This year, 2.po OK “Rock Pillars - Ocun Kid Speed” is 20-odd young climbers who have competed in 2 categories. In the older category (1995.-1997.g.) won the Borna Čujić, savladavši direction “Čujo you are a god and a beating” (5a) for something more than 34sekunde, while in the younger category (1998 and younger) the best Miho Hajna was from Slovenia and the direction of “Zara” (4b) ispenjala for 37sekundi.
For the first time and Starigrad-Paklenica as host had his competitors , who won an excellent fifth place - Mark Marasovic in adult and Božidar Marasovic in the children’s competition.
The biggest stars of this year’s meetings were surely the world’s leading climbers and Dani Andrada Tomas Mrazek, who is on the enthusiasm of participants and gave a lecture as part of the outdoor festival of amateur films Trang Paklenica World Film Festival.

X MAMMUT BIG WALL SPEED CLIMBING PAKLENICA 2009.
10th jubilee meet climbers, popular BIG WALL SPEED CLIMBING PAKLENICA 2009th, held from 01.-03.svibnja in the National Park Paklenica, with array of events.
This year’s meeting is officially opened in a canyon of Velika Paklenica, on Friday, 01.svibnja at 10.00am, followed by climbing competition for children - II Rock Pillars-Ocun Kid Speed. The evening will be at the hotel, Alan, starting at 19.00h presentations held company Mammut, the main sponsors of the meeting, followed by presentation of the contestants and Trang Paklenica World Film Festival. On Saturday, 02.svibnja, held the competition in the speed climbing big rocks in the canyon of Velika Paklenica. Competition for women’s teams will begin at 10.00, and for the men’s teams at 14.00. Announcement of the winners with the award of prizes and fun events this year held at the central waterfront starigradskoj called Bikarija, starting at 20.30h. Visitors to the park for the duration of the meeting climbers at a traditional fair and outdoor equipment in the canyon of Velika Paklenica.

Festival of Science in Starigrad Paklenica-20.-25.april
Festival of Science is the seventh year in Croatia and this year held in Losinj, Rab, Split, Zadar and Starigrad-Paklenici.U honor 200.godišnjice birth of Charles Darwin (1809.-1882.) Issue is this year’s Festival - evolution. What is life, how it was created, how many really know about the origin of species and many other topics will be on the programs the Festival, with many interactive activities within which visitors will be able to yourself about them, discuss with researchers, the guests of the Festival. Also be appropriate to mark 2009.g. as the International Year of Astronomy. Official Opening of the Festival of Science will organize in 20.travnja Hall prezentacijskog the center of the Paklenica National Park in Starigrad-Paklenica starting at 15.30h.
