XI International Meeting Held climbers Paklenica 2010.
The National Park Paklenica is a traditional Labour Day held a meeting with the climbers and mountaineers who are over 11 years and maintains a single BIG WALL SPEED CLIMBING, speed competition climbing big rocks.
This year the competition included a total of 18 male and female two-member teams from the Croatian, Slovenia, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Bosnia. The men’s winners were a team Slovenian Klemen and George Viennese, while the women’s first goal came on Sunčica Hrašćanec and Inga Patarčić. The last three years in parallel to maintain competition and children’s climbing the Rock Pillars - Ocun Kids Speed, and these are the default route in competition from 20-odd young athletes the fastest beat Charlotte in the earlier Jaki (1996.-1998.) and the Timon Čujić (1999 .-) in the younger age group. With the main competition was held and a series of accompanying events, such as fair and mountain climbing equipment, outdoor film festivals, lectures and entertainment programming, and an honorary guest of the event was again celebrated alpinist Dani Andrada.
The meeting was organized by public institutions with the support of Paklenica Tourist Board Starigrad municipality, the municipality Starigrad, Zadar County Tourist Office and the Croatian Mountaineering Association, while the prizes for the competitors to ensure Bluesun Alan, a Swiss manufacturer of outdoor equipment, Mammut and others.
