Exhibition “Mirila - rested soul”

The ethno house McNally is an exhibition called “Miriam - rested soul.”

Mirila stone marks a unique funeral rituals practiced at a time when people lived on the Velebit mountain and the Velebit (17.-20.st.), located along the slopes of Velebit. Today mirila protected intangible cultural heritage of the Croatian. Mirila Through this exhibition tells about the customs, way of life, creation and death around one time, in the modern interpretation of scientists and artists (Siniša Reberski, Krešimir Rončević, Radivoj Simonović, Tomo Vinščak, Mirjana Trošelj, Petar i Josip Strmečki, Josip Zanki).

The exhibition is organized by the Tourist Board Starigrad and NP Paklenica in cooperation with Gallery Klović Palace in Zagreb.

Admission to the exhibition is free and can be visited daily from 13.00-21.00h.
