On the day of open doors O.Š.Starigrad celebrated the day school program included a Day of Biological Diversity. Thus, students in lower grades with their teachers participated in a series of creative workshops.
Were made natural soaps, dolls in national costume Podgora, postcards made from dried flowers, art works najrazičitijim techniques hive with the bees and fish from natural materials, etc. During this time the higher classes fought for victory in ekokvizu confronting knowledge about biological diversity. This part of the program is organized in recent years in cooperation with TZO Starigrad and NP Paklenica on the occasion of Earth Day, all aimed at developing environmental awareness and preservation of tradition and cultural heritage among the youngest residents of the municipality Starigrad.
Due to the Easter holidays this year’s schedule overall program is the School Day, which is usually celebrated in April, held in May by Dan embracing biodiversity.
Occasionally the school day, students were most successful on this occasion awarded prizes and awards for achievements and participation in numerous competitions.
